Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept cash, debit cards, Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks (Telecheck verified). We also offer extended payment plans through CareCredit for qualified patients, which allow smaller interest free payments or long term financing. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time the service is rendered. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will pay your claims within 4-6 weeks, however we find that there are often delays. If prompt payment is not made by your insurance company, you may be asked to contact the insurance company directly to provide any information they may require to process your claim. Once the insurance payment is received, any remaining balance is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
