Located near Williamsburg’s New Town Center, our office is nestled in a serene wooded lot where nature can be seen from every window.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires at least four additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Drs. West and Truitt manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, and facial regions. They provide a broad scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery and dental implants. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort for implant site development. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

Our surgical staff are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial assistants, trained to monitor patients under anesthesia and sedation, and assist in surgery in our state of the art facility. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
